The building is owned by the private owner and re-roofing with low environmental implication was needed. The client required a fast curing surface waterproofing system with high mechanical abrasion resistance, no VOC contents, crack bridging and stable feature for the restoration and waterproofing for the complete roof. Pressure of time for fast completion and cost advantage favoured QuickSpray Industrial (aromatic), a 2-part Pure Polyurea Coating System derived from a reaction of Isocyanate and a Polyamine terminated resin. 
The client decided to choose VIP for solutions supplied by V-PRO Construction Material Ltd. The complete process of primer and application of the VIP Polyurea membrane was successfully completed in 3 days.
